The 2024 Kosmos lineup is officially unveiled! Vortex beckons enthusiasts of psychedelic vibes, spanning from goa trance to forest and nearly every psy subgenre imaginable. This summer, brace yourselves for electrifying DJ sets by luminaries such as Ben Watkins from Juno Reactor and Chicago from 1200 Mics, along with live performances by domestic names like Nebula Meltdown, and Igor Swamp.
From the soothing rhythms of Biomass (AU) and Eternal Moment (UA) on Spacetime to the adrenaline-pumping beats of NeoKontrol (FR) and Tymon (AU) on Levitation Station, there’s a BPM to match every mood. Gravity promises an eclectic mix, featuring live acts and diverse styles including free tekno and drum’n’bass, headlined by Cliques / Specimen A feat. Cherry (UK). Meanwhile, Asteroid boasts an impressive lineup of live bands like Trio Tetris and Maan Tomu, alongside the pulsating groove of suomisaundi by Beckamel Boyz, Oikeusjyvä, and @vauhti.
We caught up with Tuomas, the manager of Gravity Stage, to get his take on the upcoming event:
“I’m so done with 2024 and it’s only started! World on fire, AI making everyone crazy… The need to have something inspiring, real and original is high! Happily, these are some of the key words guiding our Kosmos Festival stage program leads, when building the lineups for this summer’s festival.
Naturally there’s going to be proper pumping psytrance all night long, as well as some classic acts and daytime dream sets. Harder techno, hi-tech, drum’n’bass, psytech, suomisaundi, chill out, ambient and live music – the spectrum is wide and the quality is toppen!”
